Patricia Blagojevich is the wife of Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich. She is a real estate agent and former business partner of convicted felon Tony Rezko.
She is also mentioned a number of times in the FBI affidavit accusing her husband and his chief of staff of corruption.

Sounds like the governor and his wife were made for each other!
As an unrepentant drug abuser I can tell you on at least one of the clips I've seen of Blogoyevich's wife she was stoned- probably coke.
The Gov. himself looks and acts like a long term user which explains his actions and denials regarding same.
